Elite Group IT tasked me to revitalize the brand's energy and harmonize all brand collateral, which had gradually become disconnected over the years.

With a keen focus on capturing the essence of the local Isle of Man, I collaborated closely with key stakeholders to craft a distinct identity that resonated with the island's unique character and exuded a fresh and modern appeal, setting it apart from competitors. My roles and responsibilities included creating a new brand look and feel, delivering a style guide with photography guidelines, social media guidelines, and examples of creativity, and rolling out the first round of marketing across the Isle of Man.
